                            Director's Shareholding

ACR,  the  AIM  listed  southern  African  focused resource development company,
announces  that on 19 September 2011, Stuart Bottomley, director of the Company,
purchased  through his  pension fund  500,000 ordinary shares  of 1p each in the
Company for £18,500.

The Company was notified of the above transaction on 20 September 2011.

The resultant holding of Stuart Bottomley (including pension fund) following the
above  transaction is 6,376,000 ordinary  shares in the  Company, being 1.40% of
the  Company's issued share capital.  This holding does not include his interest
over shares held through contracts with the Company's Employee Benefit Trust.
