                               Director's Dealing


The Company was notified on 13 October 2006 by Stuart Bottomley, a director of
the Company, that his shareholding in the Company has been incorrectly
disclosed.

The Company's AIM Admission Document, dated 29 June 2006, stated that Mr.
Bottomley was beneficially interested in 154,256 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). This figure should have been 890,080 including
688,912 Ordinary Shares held within Mr. Bottomley's pension fund and by his
wife.

Subsequently, as announced on 2 October 2006, Mr. Bottomley has purchased a
further 486,400 Ordinary Shares at a price of 8.5p per Ordinary Share. Following
this purchase, Mr. Bottomley now holds a total of 1,376,480 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.72 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
