AGM Resolutions

At the company's annual general meeting held in Bradford on 24 May 2005 all
resolutions were passed.  Copies of the relevant resolutions (10, 11, 12 and 13)
have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available
for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is
situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
