Notice of AGM and Posting of 2021 Annual Report

Van Elle Holdings plc, the UK's largest ground engineering contractor, announces that its annual general meeting will be held at Walbrook Public Relations offices, 75 King William Street, London EC4N 7BE on Monday 27 September 2021 at 12.30 p.m.

In light of the current circumstances, although shareholders are welcome to attend in-person, they are encouraged to vote by proxy and attendance will be restricted to shareholders who have pre-registered to attend. Details of how to register to attend are contained within the notice of annual general meeting.

The annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2021, notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy have been posted, or made available, to shareholders on 1^st September 2021. 

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting are now available to be viewed on the Company's website at  www.van-elle.co.uk .
