Professor John A Kay (a Director) notified the Company on 18th February 2000
that on 18th February 2000 a Trust, London Economics Directors Pension Fund,
of which he is a Trustee with a beneficial interest purchased 20,000 Ordinary
shares in the Company at £1.15 on 18th February 2000.
