      Cube8 forms strategic alliance with global management consultancy       

Cube8.com, the AIM-quoted technology, media and telecoms incubation and
investment company which also provides consulting and technology services, has
formed a strategic alliance with Hewitt Associates, the global management
consultancy business.  Through this alliance Cube8 will offer its wide range
of services to the client base of Hewitt Associates, which includes around 50%
of companies in the FTSE 100.  

Hewitt Associates' core business is helping organisations gain a competitive
advantage by leveraging the value of their workforce.  Solutions range from
long-term management strategies to day-to-day administration and delivery of
benefit services, all striving towards creating an effective and engaged
workforce.  For over 60 years, Hewitt's associates have been developing
innovative human resource solutions that have helped their clients become some
of the most successful companies in the world.  Hewitt Associates has over
11,000 associates in 80 offices based throughout 37 countries, and specialises
in working with organisations to improve their business results through
people.

The alliance, for which no consideration has been paid between the two
companies, reflects the importance Cube8 places on getting 'people' issues
right in developing successful companies at both pre-investment and
post-investment stages.  The alliance will allow Hewitt Associates to further
add value to their clients by leveraging Cube8's technology and e-business
capability.
