Following the liquidation of the Company's trading subsidiary, Room Service (UK)
Limited, announced recently, the Company announces that the liquidators, David
Rubin and Partners, have sold the business and assets of Room Service (UK)
Limited for a total cash consideration of circa. £200,000. The net proceeds of
the disposal will be used to repay (in part) the creditors of Room Service (UK)
Limited.
