                          Disposal of Freeloader.com.

Room Service Group plc has disposed of the remaining 39% of its holding in
Freeloader.com, the games website, for a consideration of £40,000 to be
satisfied in cash. The asset value of Freeloader.com in the Company's balance
sheet as at 30 June 2001 was £719,000 and produced losses in the period to 30
June of £113,845. The proceeds of the sale will be used as additional working
capital for Room Service Group plc.
