Completion of Disposal

ValiRx Plc ("ValiRx") is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement made on 23 September 2010, and following receipt of the first instalment of the cash consideration due, the sale of ValiBIO SA to Singapore Volition Pte. Limited has now been completed.

In addition, the Board changes due to take place on completion of the disposal have now become effective.  Dr. George Morris has stepped down as Chief Operating Officer of ValiRx but remains on the Board as a non-executive director.  Dr. Jake Micallef has stepped down from the ValiRx Board but remains with ValiRx as a technical officer.
