                           Application for Listing


The Company announces that application has today been made to the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ('AIM') for the admission to
trading of 60,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each. The shares are being
issued to Pure Entertainment Games PLC as consideration for the acquisition by
the Company of the business of Freeloader.com, which was announced on 10 May
2001.


The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares
of the Company and trading is expected to commence on Thursday 17 May 2001.
