Annual General Meeting and Change of Name

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at
the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 31 July 2006 were passed, including
the resolution to change the name of the Company to Utilico Emerging Markets
Limited. The certificate on incorporation on change of name, dated 31 July 2006,
has been submitted to the London Stock Exchange and the change of name is
expected to be reflected on AIM with effect from 3 August 2006.
