Issued share capital

On 30 July 2009 the Directors of Niger Uranium announced that the Company had received completed applications in respect of 3,761,378 new Ordinary Shares to raise £789,889 and that application will be made in due course to AIM in respect of these new Ordinary Shares. The Company confirms that application has been made and the new Ordinary Shares have commenced trading on Friday 7 August 2009. As a consequence, the issued share capital of the Company amounts to 116,925,684 Ordinary Shares.
