Urban Logistics announces that Jonathan Gray, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company's Investment Adviser Logistics Asset Management LLP, has purchased 33,822 shares in the Company, at a price of 118 pence per Ordinary Share, as announced on 27 June 2023.

As a result, Jonathan Gray's interest in the share capital of the Company is 93,822 Ordinary Shares.
