Dear Sir/Madam,

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") held today i.e. Monday, 8^th May 2023, has considered and approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31^st March 2023.  

The Board has recommended a dividend of 500% i.e. Rs. 10/- per equity share on equity shares of Rs.2/-each, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
