We would like to inform you that the 39th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of UPL Limited has been scheduled on Friday, 18th August 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means.

 

The books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 4th August 2023 to Friday, 18th August 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
