Extension of Contract

UniVision Engineering Ltd 04 January 2006 For release 4 January 2006 UniVision Engineering Ltd ('UniVision' or 'the Group) Extension to MTR Maintenance Contract UniVision, the AIM listed Hong Kong based designer and installer of digital surveillance and integrated security systems, is pleased to announce an extension to its current maintenance contract with Hong Kong's metro operator, the MTR Corporation. UniVision will continue to provide maintenance support for the MTR's CCTV systems, passenger information display and the public address systems. The contract is for a period of three years and is expected to contribute £1.5 million in revenues over that period. The contract is open to further three year extension. The MTR transports 2.5 million passengers on a normal weekday and is a key part of Hong Kong's public transport network.
