UniVision Engineering Ltd 01 November 2006 1 November 2006 UniVision Engineering Limited ('UniVision') Appointment of Non-Executive Director UniVision Engineering Ltd, one of Asia's leading providers of surveillance systems and integrated security systems, announces that Tak Ding Tam has resigned as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, and Ka Siu Johnny Tang joins the board as Non-Executive Director. Johnny Tang (35) is a practicing accountant, a member of HKICPA and a fellow member of ACC. He was formerly Finance Director and Company Secretary of UniVision and resigned on 18 October 2006. Mr. Tang is currently a director of Zhong Yi (HK) CPA Company Limited, Million Base (China) Limited, Top Elegant (China) Limited, Beauforte Investors Corporation Limited and has, within the past five years been a director of Great Elite Investment Limited. There is no other information relating to Johnny Tang, which would be required to be disclosed under the requirements of paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
