                              DIRECTORS' DEALINGS

UniVision was notified on today that the Chairman of the Company, Mr Stephen
Koo, purchased an additional 725,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in UniVision at
a price of 2.3p per share on 4 October 2007.

Following this purchase and his former holdings with Up sky Investments which is
wholly owned by Mr Koo, his total shareholding in the Company is 80,710,000
shares, represents 21.04% of the current issued share capital.
