                Appointment of European Divisional Sales Director

UniVision, the AIM listed Hong Kong based designer and installer of digital 
surveillance and integrated security systems, today announces the appointment 
of Peter Baker as European Divisional Sales Director, with immediate effect. 
Based in the UK, he will be responsible for developing markets and sales 
networks throughout Europe.

Before joining UniVision, Peter worked as a Sales Director covering Europe and 
the Middle East at MultiVision Intelligent Surveillance Limited. His past 
experience also includes working as Regional Manager for Winsted Corporation 
responsible for identification of suitable OEM manufacturing in China and the 
co-ordination and implementation of engineering support and the planning of 
logistics to provide manufacturing of a substantial proportion of the 
businesses product line in the PRC.

This is not a main Board appointment.
