United Oil & Gas Plc (AIM: "UOG"), the AIM listed oil and gas exploration and development company, announces that, following recent announcements in relation to the conditional acquisition of the Rockhopper Egypt Pty Ltd and the associated fundraising, management will be hosting an investor conference call at 12pm on July 23^rd, 2019, where it will discuss the proposed transaction and offer investors an opportunity to ask questions regarding the deal and the Company's future plans.

All lines will be muted with the exception of Company management, however the Company will be conducting a Q&A session at the end of the call.
