BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 248^th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 21 February 2024 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of the Bank for the year ended 31 December 2023 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 13 February 2024 to 21 February 2024 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
