                     Appointment of financial advisers

The Board of The Unite Group plc ('Unite' or the 'Company') is pleased to 
announce that it has appointed Robert Fleming & Co. Limited ('Flemings') as
its financial advisers. 

Teather & Greenwood remains as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Nominated 
Broker.
