Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement yesterday in relation to the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at a price of 410 pence per Ordinary Share to raise gross proceeds of approximately £100 million (approximately £96 million net of expenses), UNITE announces that a prospectus (the "Prospectus") relating to the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer was approved by the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") yesterday.

The Prospectus was posted to shareholders yesterday, and in accordance with LR 9.6.1, copies of these documents have also been submitted to the UKLA via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do or can be inspected at its registered office at The Core, 40 St Thomas Street, Bristol BS1 6JX and at the offices of Osborne Clarke at One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
