Unite Group plc ('the Company')
The Company has been informed by a letter, received today,
that The Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust plc, as of 2
February, is now interested in 1,535,000 ordinary shares
which represents 3.46% of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
