The UNITE Group plc to Announce Preliminary Results on 16 March 2006

announces that its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2005 will
be released at 0700hrs on Thursday, 16 March 2006.



An analysts' presentation, by invitation only, will be held at 0930hrs on 16
March 2006.  It will be held at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1HQ.
