The UNITE Group plc - Notification of Preliminary Results


The UNITE Group plc, the UK's largest provider of student hospitality, will
announce its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2006 on
Wednesday, 7 March 2007.

An analysts' presentation, by invitation only, will be held at 0930hrs.  It will
be held at Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London,
WC2A 1PB.
