NOTIFIABLE INTEREST



The Company has received notification from Allianz SE that it has voting rights
in respect of 4,067,943 shares in the Company, representing 3.299% of the total
voting rights in the Company. Such notification corrects and replaces the
notification received by the Company on 13 July 2007, which erroneously referred
to Allianz SE having voting rights over 6.27% of the total voting rights in the
Company.
