The Company has been informed by a letter, received today, that following a
purchase of 130,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 5 November 2001, Morley
Fund Management Limited, now has an interest of 3,443,974 ordinary shares
which represents 5.10% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
