The Company has been informed by a letter, received today, that following a
purchase of 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 October 2001, Morley
Fund Management Limited, now has an interest of 3,013,974 ordinary shares
which represents 4.46% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
