Directorate change: Additional directorship

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, The UNITE Group plc announces that it has been notified that Richard Walker, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Health and Safety Committee, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Lookers plc, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 4 February 2014.  Richard Walker continues as a Non-Executive Director of The UNITE Group plc and Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Health and Safety Committee.
