Further to the admission today of 24,500,000 New Ordinary Shares in aggregate through a Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer at 410 pence per New Ordinary Share announced on 6 March 2014, the Company announces the following changes to the share interests of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"s) and their connected persons:
