ANNUAL REPORT AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The UNITE Group plc announces that two copies of the 2009 Annual Report, the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 18 May 2010 (the "AGM"), the form of proxy for use in connection with the AGM and a copy of the draft Articles of Association proposed to be adopted at the AGM have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.

Copies of the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:

It is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association at the AGM.  A summary of the proposed changes to the Articles of Association is set out in the 2009 Annual Report which is available for download from the Company's website at www.unite-group.co.uk.  The proposed new Articles of Association are also currently available for inspection at the Company's registered office and at the office of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London EC2Y 5EB.
