Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 24,091 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.


It is expected admission will be granted on 6 June 2007 and trading will
commence on 7 June 2007.


These shares are being issued as a result of the exercise of share options under
The UNITE Group plc Approved Share Option Scheme (5,768 shares) and The UNITE
Group plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme (18,323 shares).


These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
