Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange plc for 707,612 ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.


It is expected admission will be granted on 18 April 2008 and trading will
commence on 21 April 2008.


These shares are being issued as a result of the awards made under The UNITE
Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.


These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
