Unilever - Cancellation of Treasury Shares

Unilever N.V. ("NV") and Unilever PLC ("PLC") (together, "Unilever") announces the cancellation of 110,493,623 PLC shares held in treasury in accordance with the provisions of section 729 of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Unilever discloses the following information:
