Unilever PLC 20 December 2000 UNILEVER ANNOUNCES EUROBOND ISSUE Unilever PLC announced today, 20 December 2000, that it has issued U.S. $ 375,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2001 guaranteed by Unilever N.V. and £125,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2001 guaranteed by Unilever N.V. under its debt issuance programme. The Eurobond Issues had been launched on 6 December. Details of the issue are: Aggregate Principle Amount: U.S. $ 375,000,000 Type of security: Floating Rate Note due 2001 at 0.03125 percentage points per annum above 3-month U.S.$-LIBOR Denomination of Notes: $200,000 Issue Price: 99.963% of the principle amount of the Notes Aggregate Principle Amount: £125,000,000 Type of security: Floating Rate Note due 2001 at 0.03125 percentage points per annum above 3-month Sterling-LIBOR Denomination of Notes: £100,000 Issue Price: 99.973% of the principle amount of the Notes
