UNILEVER COMPLETES SALE OF EUROPEAN BAKERY SUPPLIES BUSINESS
Unilever announced today that the sale of its European Bakery Supplies
Business (EBSB) to CSM nv, the Dutch food products and ingredients company,
for a debt free price of euro704 million has been completed.
