UNILEVER COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF SLIM.FAST
New York, 15 May.- Unilever today announced the completion of its
previously-announced acquisition of the Slim.Fast Food Companies and their
nutritional product and health snack business for US$ 2.3 billion ( euro 2.4
bln approx). The Slim.Fast Food Companies are now wholly-owned subsidiaries
of Unilever.
