Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 8 March 2017, it purchased 190,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.19% of the issued share capital at a price of 133 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 100,544,111 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
