Purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 7 September 2016, it purchased 135,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.15% of the issued share capital at a price of 138 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 92,075,311 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
