Purchase of shares for cancellation


Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 21 July 2005 it purchased 50,000 Ordinary
Fund Shares at a price of 90 pence per share for cancellation.


Following these purchases there are now 33,654,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
and 15,763,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
