Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 7 March 2006 it purchased 100,000 Ordinary
Fund Shares at a price of 88 pence per share for cancellation.



Following this purchase there are now 32,744,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,743,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
