Purchase of shares for cancellation


Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 18 May 2005 it purchased 90,000 Ordinary
Fund Shares at a price of 91.5 pence per share for cancellation.


Following these purchases there are now 33,794,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
and 15,763,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
