Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 9 February 2006 it purchased 175,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 87.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchases there are now 32,844,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,743,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
