Purchase of shares for cancellation


Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 22 March 2005 it purchased 100,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 100.5 pence per share for cancellation and on
29 March 2005 it purchased 140,000 Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 99p for
cancellation.

Following these purchases there are now 34,254,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
and 15,763,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
