Purchase of shares for cancellation

Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 22 February 2005 it purchased 75,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 100.5 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase there are now 34,494,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence and
15,763,314  Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
