Purchase of shares for cancellation



Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 25 August 2005 it purchased 150,000
Ordinary Fund Shares at a price of 93 pence per share for cancellation.



Following these purchases there are now 33,404,234 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
and 15,763,314 Series 2 Ordinary Shares in issue.
