Unicorn AIM VCT plc announces that on 6 May 2004 it allotted and issued 258,830
new Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a
price of 100p.   The new shares increase the issued share capital to 34,827,234
Ordinary Shares and 11,747,275 Series 2 Ordinary Shares.
