Issue of Equity


The Company announces that on 5 February 2004 it allotted and issued 648,207 new
series 2 ordinary shares of 1p each under the offer for subscription at a price
of 100p.

The new shares increase the issued share capital to 34,867,234 ordinary shares
and 648,207 series 2 ordinary shares.
