Issue of Equity

Unicorn AIM VCT Plc announces that on 22 April 2004 it allotted and issued
615,706     new Series 2 Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the offer for
subscription at a price of 100p.   The new shares increase the issued share
capital to 34,827,234 Ordinary Shares and 11,067,750 Series 2 Ordinary Shares.
